The Trials of Stephen Truscott

In 1959, 14-year-old Stephen Truscott was sentenced to hang for the murder of a
12-year-old girl near Clinton, Ontario. His death sentence was commuted, but it wasn’t until late August of this year that an Ontario court finally acquitted him of the murder charge.
