The Trial of Robert Pickton

In late January 2007 the trial of Robert Pickton began in a courtroom in British
Columbia. Pickton is charged with murdering 26 women who disappeared from
Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside neighbourhood. In this News in Review story
we’ll look at the opening arguments in the case of the man accused of being
