Canada Hosts World AIDS Conference

In mid-August 2006, thousands of delegates from all over the world attended an International AIDS Conference in Toronto. They discussed new ways to try to prevent and treat the deadly epidemic. They also called on governments to do more to help the millions of people who are living and dying with AIDS.
